Free Trial Processing

No Charge: Songs under 22 seconds are processed without using credits. These free trials are provided as-is and are not eligible for refunds.

Paid Services

Eligibility: Refund requests for credit-based processing must be submitted within 3 days of credit use.

Evaluation: Each request is reviewed individually. Refunds may be granted if:

• The system fails to deliver a processed file, or
• The result clearly deviates from the service description due to a system error.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for:

• User dissatisfaction based on personal taste or stylistic preferences.
• Audio processed correctly according to system specifications.
• Misuse of trial-length files to avoid credit usage.

Request Process: Contact our support team with your email, the uploaded file (if available), and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
